Who are we?
Founded in 1984, the Alliance Française de Toulouse began as a not-for-profit association. The language school was founded a year later.
The Alliance Française de Toulouse, now housed in a listed, renovated historic building, is a private higher education establishment whose core business is the dissemination and promotion of the French language and French-speaking cultures.
Examination centre
The Alliance Française de Toulouse is a DELF examination centre and a TCF test centre approved by France Éducation international.

The courses and reception conditions meet the quality criteria validated by the label FLE Quality.
Renewed in 2024, this label is not only a guarantee of services tailored to the demands and needs of students, but also of a constantly improving offer.

The Alliance Française de Toulouse is certified Qualiopi.
This certification mark is your assurance that you will be supported in your professional development by a reliable and trustworthy training organisation. As well as guaranteeing the quality of the services provided, it also gives you access to professional training funds for its financing.

The team
The school is managed by Ms Marie Mandarine COLLE QUESADA.
The administrative team, which is joined by a in charge of Animation and Culture, is made up of 5 people .
The teaching team is made up of experienced, qualified teachers who specialise in French as a foreign language, and offers dynamic teaching that encourages communication and interaction between speakers.
The association has been chaired by Jean PIERRE since 2021.
The Office of the association is made up of 7 people:
two vice-presidents : Nathalie SPANGHERO-GAILLARD and Sigrid TARABBIA,
a treasurer: Michel BOUDOUX, a vice-treasurer: Bernard LACOMBE,
a secretary : Giovanna NARDELLA, a vice-secretary: Françoise CANTAREL .
The Board of DirectorsThis 15-member group brings together people from a wide range of socio-professional backgrounds.
This board manages a team of around 12 employees.

Join the association, be a host
Joining the Alliance Française de Toulouse means support an association under the 1901 law declared to be of general interest, which can issue tax receipts. These receipts give rise to a reduction in income tax.
It's also an opportunity to take part in activities Alliance Française de Toulouse and benefit from advantages or discounts with our partners.
It's finally one of the conditions for becoming a host.
