Sangre Animal, when Europe meets Africa: uunique musical journey with Bernardo Sandoval and Paamath

To mark the Europe Week 2025 organised by the City of Toulouse, members of theEUNIC join forces with Young Europeans of Toulouse to offer a unique musical event: the Sangre Animal by Bernardo Sandoval and Paamath. This emblematic duo embodies the dialogue between African and European cultures through a rich and vibrant musical fusion.

Bernardo Sandoval and Paamathwho have been working together for many years, share a passion for exploring the sounds of the world. Their musical encounter celebrates linguistic and cultural diversity, blending Spanish, Wolof, Buru and French. On stage, they deliver a performance of great emotional intensity, carried by original compositions from their album Sangre Animal. Their songs evoke roots, lands, peoples and humanity, in a harmonious fusion of African and Spanish traditions.

This concert is organised by the member institutes of theEUNIC Toulouse (Alliance Française de Toulouse, Goethe-Institut Toulouse, Instituto Cervantes Toulouse and Dante Alighieri Tolosa), in collaboration with Young Europeans of Toulouse.
